Shipping & Processing

Please note that once your order is confirmed, it will take 1-3 days to process. Shipping times may vary between 5-10 days depending on USPS. Tracking numbers will be sent immediately. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Wig Order

Thank you for choosing our wig-making service! We take pride in creating each order with care ,attention to detail and, love. To ensure the highest quality, we use only raw hair for our wigs. Each wig is bleached and pre-plucked. If you need to make changes to your order, please let us know within the next day. After that, your wig will be in production and we won't be able to make any further changes. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to create a beautiful wig just for you!
